Yo-yo dieting can be exhausting. It's a constant cycle of seeing progress and then regressing back to the your starting point.


It seems like every month there is a new fad diet to try, new quick fix drink, or even supplement that promises to get you to your goal. Often times we get excited to try something new, see results, and then get frustrated when we don't lose the 10 pounds the diet promised or don't de-bloat like we should have with whatever mystery concoction the internet told us to make to help us before a vacation. 

It's frustrating, and trust me, I've been there! Before I went to school to become a dietitian I feel into the same trap. I thought quick fixes would help get me to my goals and more often than not I never saw results. What I've realized since becoming a dietitian is that none of the diets or fads we see are NOT customized to our individual needs. 

That's where I come in! As a dietitian, my goal is to help YOU find balance between all foods without restrictions, fad diets, or magic drinks. Together, we come up with a plan to help you hit your goals and do so in a sustainable way through my 4-month membership program.
